Solution
We used a four page, three column layout. The visual style of the pages, carried through the whole site by a single style sheet, draws on the geometric regularity of the company's work (ie. tiling).
A list of work the company undertakes is right up front on the first page. The second page uses a flash sideshow presentation to display their work, a feature that will expand with the company's portfolio. While the third page gives potential clients the simplest method of contacting the company via a fill out email form. Phone numbers appear throughout in the left hand column. A links page will soon fill with reciprocal directory links and link exchanges.
Once the new web site was live to air we helped with promotion though the process of finding and registering with selected online directories, a Google Adwords campaign and evolving participation in selected link exchange schemes.
The web site is already bringing in work, and is set to make a return on the investment. For a fraction of the cost of a print advertising campaign All Tiled and Plastered have reached a much wider audience. Their initial assessment is "Superb", but judge for yourself and tell us what you think.
